Keeps itself current
Stuti checks for a newer version while it is open and installs it for you in a moment.
Installing
Press Download for Windows. A file named
stuti-windows-latest.exe is saved to your Downloads folder.
Open it (double-click). No administrator password is needed — Stuti installs only for
your own Windows account.
Wait a moment while it installs. Stuti opens by itself, and you will find it in the
Start menu under the name Stuti (that is the app’s own name).
On the first screen choose With a code. Stuti shows a short code and a QR
picture. On your phone (or any browser where you are signed in to Gyananjali), open the
address shown, type the code and approve. Stuti signs itself in.
Or choose Email & password and sign in as usual.
Windows says “Windows protected your PC”
Windows shows this for any program it has not seen very often. It does not mean anything is
wrong with the file, which comes straight from this website.
Click More info (the small link in the blue window).
Click Run anyway.
You only have to do this the first time. Updates that Stuti installs for itself do not ask again.
The installer says it needs internet
Stuti uses a Microsoft component called WebView2, which is already on
Windows 11 and most up-to-date Windows 10 computers. If yours does not have it, the
installer downloads it first, which needs an internet connection for a minute.
Removing Stuti
Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps, find Stuti
and choose Uninstall. The uninstaller asks whether to delete Stuti’s data too; tick that box if you also want the songs saved for offline listening removed and the space freed.
